Since the end of the season I’ve had some time off, while also making the most of the beautiful weather here. I’ve skied twice up at Glencoe, once in a kilt, I’ve covered hundreds of kilometres on my road bike already, and I'm now really getting into my summer fitness program.
I’ve also recently starting working with the Scottish Institute of Sport who will now manage all my fitness stuff. This is a massive step forward and will help me to compete with the athletes from the alpine nations who have had support like this for years. I’ve had numerous days of testing already, strength and conditioning, medical and physio profiles completed into order to make the best possible program for me this summer
